I have read of uncircumcised males whose penis became inflammed and later bled. Even uncircumcised males produce enough lubrication prior to sex. The same is true of the woman. It has been a while since I engaged in rough sex, but there was never bleeding from my penis or the woman's vagina. This is a far-out question: I read of a guy whose penis was 11 inches long, and his girlfriend gave-up on him because he continued to strike the woman's cervix during long strokes and caused bleeding. Perhaps others will offer some suggestions.
