no erection

Hello, my husband  had partial stroke in 2012 but he is fully recovered now. He has  since then been suffering from no erection for the past one year. He also complained of pains in his testicles each time I touch it. He has visited the doctor and ran some tests but each time he gets the same answer, nothing is wrong with you, but the pain is still there and no erection. What do we do to help the situation? Your advice will be highly appreciated. Thank you

To the best of my knowledge there is NO clinically proven "testosterone booster" that is of any use. They are all bogus and a waste of your money. He will need either the gel -- Testogel, Testim, Tostran etc or the injection Nebido. At the end of the day, to get a good erection he may need Alprostadil inter-penile injection. Good luck in your quest and don't give up.

Hi, I saw a testosterone booster while browsing the net. It's called Test X 180 ignite. I want to get it for my husband to give it a try. Dunno if you're aware of the drug and if you can advice on it. I read through and I think that's what he needs since it seems difficult to get where he can do the testosterone replacement therapy, here in my country. Hope to hear from you soon.
Thank you.

Hi,
I do agree, consulting a neurologist may not solve the problem, but atleast he will be able to confirm if the nerve impuses to the part is going right. Considering the history of stroke, I still feel that the motor nerves are mostly respoinsible for the symptom. Again, the patiant has not responded to the basic chemical dialation by cialis and in that situation, do you think, testostorone treatment in any form will ever help???

By the way she is from Nigeria and hope that she would come back with the results, after T replacement, if she follows your advice.

It should not be necessary to have to go to a hospital to get Testosterone Replacement Therapy. Any interested GP should be easily ably to handle this. I do admit thought that finding such a GP can be a challenge. If I knew where you lived I might be able to help further.

Sorry Solace, seeing a neurologist would be a total waste of time.

Thank you sir for your quick reply. He has taken cialis before but it didn't help. We are trying to locate a hospital where testosterone replacement therapy is being done so we give it a try.
Will keep in touch with you to give you developing results.
Thank you very much sir.

Hi,
I suppose the connected sensory/motor nerves might have got affected due to stroke. You should defenitely talk to his neurologist about this symptom.

You may start with Cialis 20 mg to see if that helps erections. On top of this he will probably need Testosterone Replacement Therapy. If after these two medications he still has insufficient erections for intercourse then penile injection may be required.
