Hi am 32 yrs old . About 2 months ago I was getting groan pain . I decided to go to the gym . I thought I needed a good stretch.When I got home I felt my leg numb and penis . I couldn't get a erection and ejaculate.I went to the doctor they ran test and send me to the urologist. He said the to put hot pads and he gave viagra.he said it will come back .I went to a chiropractor and he fixed me help. And he told me to put hot pads so I did. he told me not to lift  anything heavy.I've been feeling good . Today I decided to go back today to the gym. I was going to start with cardio. I got on the bike machine when I got off the the bike machine I felt my leg and penis go numb then it went away. Could anybody help I've been really depress .

I was trying to close a latch door over my head when I pulled it to close it I stared feeling pain but I could it a erection and ejaculate. But I just went to the gym and that happened.  And I was feeling good . But then thoday . Thanks for ur input

You don't really say how the groin pain started. Perhaps you have a pinched nerve in the lower back/leg area. Also it seems like perhaps you went back to working out too soon. Something like that could take several months to get over. Just because you are feeling good one day does not mean you should jump right in and start working out again.

I injured my should last year providing numbness and pain. After about 6 weeks the pain disappeared but it took about 7 months before I could lift weights again. Going back to the dr can't hurt but I'd lay off the working out for a few months.
