periodic warm sensation in lower left leg

For the past 2 days I have a very slight heat sensation in my lower left leg (no other problems). Is this some thing I should be concerned about now, or wait for my drs. appt in a few weeks?

I have the same warm feeling in my right leg, recntly came to know that i am diabetic. i am 29 yrs old, although sitting job in front of computer may also be the culprit, but there is type 1 diabetes which is unavoidable and has to do something with your genes.
If you get warm feelings like this please test your blood for diabetes, do regular exercise and preferably yoga

Emmoma,
You are right. The search of word MERALGIA PARESTHETICA gives websites which provide the details of the symptoms which are mentioned in the forum. It is a nerve problem. Major cause is use of tight jeans  or pants which compress the nerve on outer thigh. Because of this thigh nerve,  transferred symptoms may occur. I think more search will give us a clue to find the appropriate treatment.
After a long time i could get the name of the desease which comes close to the symptoms i have. thanks.

I have recently started having these sensations as mentioned previously, I am leaning more towards a feeling of blood circulation finally working. I have noticed I sit cross legged and on them to cut the circulation off alot. I even began having leg pains when I try to sleep once in awhile. I have recently finished a regime of antibiotics and am taking colloidal silver, Could this not be a possitive thing happening?

Just a thought...I heard Dr. Oz mention MERALGIA PARESTHETICA a few days ago.  Maybe worth googling to see if this is your cause.

I have had a warming sensation on the bottom of my left foot today that felt like my foot was in warm water ( like I had urinated in my boot).  It happened several times throughout the day.

I am 26 and can tell you I have had lower back problems for about 10 years now (throwing my back out many times to the point I could not walk) and have never experienced this.  I am seeing a personal trainer do to my last back incident 3 weeks ago.  Also a pinched nerve tends to be very painful which I have done several times and don't believe this is the case.

I have had a desk job for 2 years but still get outside for about 2-3 hours at work and of course my years of schooling sitting at desks prior.  I have to say yesterday and today where the most stressful days I have had at work in a long time so maybe it is due to stress.

Hope this info may have helped
