please help

i am a 26yrs old male.there is a  small cord like mass over my left testis, which is completely separate from the testis.i am completely asymptomatic-no pain,no burning sensation,no heaviness etc.the mass on palpation feels like a number of vein like things clumped together.i have gynecomastia(pubertal) which was diagnosed by a senior endocrinologist.he said there is nothing to worry about it.he palpated my testicles and found it to be absolutely normal...what i am talking about,is it normal or something to worry about?i am feeling quite tensed.please help

Hi,
Most likely, you are referring to the little heavy connection of spermatic cord to the testes, which suspends the testes in the scrotum. Spermatic cord is a bundle of veins, arteris, the sperm carrying duct and some other structures. Especially when an Endo has checked it, and  you have no pain etc., I would not worry about it.
