really need some help pls :P
About 2 maybe 3 years ago i noticed a smal lump on the shaft of my penis near the 'head' on the inner skin and its kind of 'loose' under the skin i can move it about a bit but not more than a cm or so...i didnt think it a problem at first cos i only noticed it when i was abot 12 (im 14 now) and im quite concerned..?

If it moves when you touch it, it most likely a cyst. I would have it checked to make sure.
