helo, l am hoping for some advice to my situation it is as follows. for my entire life since a young boy l  have looked at read and watched pornographic material and constantly fantasised in regards to sexual encounters with girls and women.  to compensate for this l turned to masturbation at a young age. and as a a result when l was with a female l could not become aroused or erect. then at age 16 l suffered a brain hemorage and anorusem and have rehabilited myself back to good health but as a result of my stroke l dont have use of my left arm and  wich makes gtting into sexul positions very difficult. . l am now 46 years old and a very happily m arried man but have never been able to ejaculate  during sexual activity. can you give me any heart warming help or advise because nothing has worked for except the ed medications but l cant stand the side effects pleas what can l do to help myself
