soreness/discomfort/dull pain in lower back and testicles?

Hello all - this is my first post here (or on any internet health-related board) - hoping someone might be able to help.

I'm a 30-year-old male.  In November of 2008, I started experiencing what I can best describe as "discomfort" in my testicles and lower back - basically the entire pelvic area.  It's not really pain - and I can't pinpoint it (i.e. touch somewhere and make it feel worse).  It would kind of come and go, but it did appear pretty consistently on a daily basis.

I saw my doctor and a urologist.  I had a testicular ultrasound done, and the results were fairly normal - a couple small epididimal cysts, and hydroceles.  The urologist put me on an antibiotic and things got somewhat better, but it would return occasionally.

Around March, I noticed a lump "connected" to, but not in my right testicle.  Went back to the urologist, and this was actually the cyst originally found, which had grown a little bit.  He said there is nothing to worry about as these cysts are rarely removed.

Now the discomfort is a bit worse.  I guess I can describe it as a very dull pain or general soreness.  It was gone for awhile, but reappeared about a week ago.  It generally appears at some point during the day, and stays around until I go to sleep.  When I wake up, it's basically gone.  I'd say on average it comes back around 11am.

Again, the main regions are my lower back and testicles, but there is a general discomfort in my abdomen as well.

Like I said, the pain is not intense at all, and if I was guaranteed that there was nothing wrong I could live with it.

I am sitting a lot during the day - and have a lumbar support that I have been using which originally seemed to help a little.  A lower back massage seems to help a bit as well.

Does anyone have any ideas?  My doctor and urologist are both stumped but think nothing is wrong.

Just wondering if there is something I can research or any other tests that can be done?

Thanks in advance....

A few other details :

- everything is normal sexually
- no pain when urinating
- I usually sleep on my stomach and have for my entire life - I know that is not good for your lower back

I'm happy to answer any other questions that could be use for a potential diagnosis.  I have also begun tracking the pain (i.e. see when it occurs and how bad) and am trying to correlate it to other behavior (e.g. things I eat/drink, sleeping on stomach, amount of time spent sitting, time of day, etc.).
