squeezing feeling in stomach below ribcage GERD? Need Help

To any doctor/expert that may have an idea or answer :)
I'm 23 years old and have always had good health..
Its been 2 and a half months since i have had this feeling of general Malaise.. It started 10 days after i had protected sex with an older woman, well not really sure i can say that because i performed oral on her but i did use a condom during sex..
so about 9 or 10 days after i started feeling sick, i threw up once that morning but could have been due to me feeling bad and being to hot at the same time and hungry.. this is the only time i've thrown up through the whole 2 and a half months..
symptom 1 Rash- since then i have been getting rashes on both sides of my body, some are streaky and some are blotchy, they do not hurt or itch and are flush with my body. they are kinda bright red and they just come and go.. I dont get them too often just seems like when im tired or start feeling more sick
symptom 2 shooting pains / joint pains- I get random shooting pains every day in my forearms, hands, legs and feet aswell as muscle and joint pains.. most my join pains are in  knees and knuckles and my muscle pains are more in my thighs kinda like a pinching / squeezing feeling all around, i also get some lower back pain.
symptom 3 tongue- about 1 and a half months into this i got white dots on both sides at the back of my tongue, seems to subside and the brightness of the white goes away for a while then comes back. I believe my taste buds are inflamed a bit at the back of my tongue aswell. I get sore to the touch pains like a stinging feeling on the sides of my tongue every once in a while and i rinse with salt water lots to help it. I also have a few blisters in the corner of my cheeks that sometimes have radiating pain.
symptom 4 throat- My throat has never been really that sore at all just irritated, it looks more red with different fleshy colors then i have noticed before in my life. My tonsil has little red specs on it, and around my tonsil on my glands it seems im bleeding.. there are red blood spots it looks like. my tonsil also feels as if theres always something touching it, i think its probably just because my glands are a bit swollen and a thicker then normal and it has a mucus coating.
symptom 5 stomach problems- About 1 month into this infection my stomach got distended after eating, it was so bad and the pain aswell that i went to the hospital. I had thought my apendix was bursting turns out that was not the case. Now about 1 week ago i ate half a sub and about 5-10 mins after i felt 1000000 times hungrier then i did before i ate. my stomach bloated again and it was the worst pain ive ever felt, it was like a severe dying hunger pain. This led me into researching Candida Albicans (yeast infection) because i read posts with other people who had lots of similar symptoms including the hunger pains after eating, i could have possibly acquired this from the older woman. I have not tried a yeast diet or anything but i have been eating bio active yogurt and that seemed to help my mouth temporarily. I also researched GERD because i get a squeezing feeling in my stomach just above my bellybutton / below my rib cage, its alot worse when im laying down and most of the time when i sit up with my stomach in a crunched position i dont really feel or notice it. My question is could this be GERD and can GERD cause oral thrush?
symptom 6 itchy skin- my skin is sometimes itchy all over, but happens rarely
symptom 7 redness on either side of nose- my face seems a little more red then usual around my nose
symptom 8 very small red dots on body- Lately i have noticed very tiny (tip of a pin size) red dots on my chest
symptom 9 red bumps on legs- ive been noticing clusters of red bumps on my thighs, they kinda look like zits or mosquito bites but i dont think thats what they are because they sometimes flare up and get brighter then go away
symptom 10 slight burning sensation on testicles- sometimes my testicles seem like there burning until i cup them and lift them off my hair, not sure if its just there irritated a little by my hair of if its something more serious.
symptom 11 chest tightness- ever since day 1 of this ive had on and off chest tightness. it was so bad in the first 3 weeks of it that i tried everything from muscle relaxants to just plain old advil
symptom 12 burning feeling in lungs- It sometimes burns / stings to take in deep breaths, kinda like theres something wrong with my respiratory system.
Medical History- earlier on in this infection i had a fever that never went above 100*f.. Ive had std tests done and they all came back good aswell as Ive had streptococcus tests and mono / mono spot tests and Hiv tests and they all came back ok.. I think i should go in for another Hiv test at 3 months but to me all this does not sound like that could be it because Ive read lots that symptoms dont stay this long nor would my thrush in my mouth if thats what it is would be showing only a few months into infection.. Ive read that people get a common flu like virus that goes away in about a week and then they dont experience anything for years down the road, this doesnt seem like thats whats happening to me as ive been sick for a long time now, its going on 3 months that ive been feeling crappy everyday and its only getting harder. about a year ago i was infected with H1N1 virus when i went on a business trip to the other side of Canada but i have felt absolutely fine since i got over it until this. throughout all this i have not had a cough or anything its just i know that my body doesnt feel like its in good health and every day is harder. Im really sorry for the long post and i realize that ive been having a lot of symptoms but i am very worried about what may be wrong with me and im to the point where i need to do something about it.

yea  at first  i was and could see veins then a rash on face  thats when they said i have sebboreah  i just had a 3 month  and week test done  negative  but i did  a rapid test im gonna go back this thurs and do a blood one .

My throat looks like its kind of hemorrhaging or something like the blood streaks are getting bigger and more purple veins in the back.. im trippin out 2 and i may be needing to move due to work opportunity's so this has all come at a bad time for me 2.. All the doctors think im llike a hypochondriac or something but i know theres definitely a problem and im normally a very healthy person.. I also got the woman i had an encounter with to take an hiv test and she did, came back negative but she never showed me the results personally just told me but i do believe shes an honest person. Ive been doing some more research of my own and as weird as it sounds Scurvy popped into my head, i know for myself i probably dont eat enough fruits like oranges and lemons/limes that give you your good vitamin C.. i do take multi vitamins but that probably isnt good enough.. when i think back to it ive been having lots of the symptoms of this such as my gums get swollen/inflamed and red here and there which is a classic sign.. sjorgens syndrome is another sign like dry eyes and mouth.. It affects all systems of the body ive read and other symptoms are joint effusions so that arthritis feeling its 2 much build up of fluid in your joints, muscle weakness, fatigue, depression, frequent infections, anemia, diarrhea and theres lots more aswell maybe you should research it if you dont eat enough fruits that give you vitamin C.. Im gonna start taking 2 lemons a day and squeeze the juice into water and take one in the morn and one after dinner i think its best on an empty stomach.. even drinking lemon water every day anyways is healthy for the body you can buy them aswell bottled i think.

yea my throat looks white on the upper palate and my tongue is white due to lack of saliva ..yea im just tripping out all i do is work then come home and rest . im getting upset cause the drs think im crazy but  i know im not been to the drs at least a dozen times over this but no ive been going to specialists so seems like im gonna get an answer sooner than later. so far diffinite diganosis have been sebboreah on the face with make my scalp dry and face have like red veins some time .. and mrsa  and the dry eyes and dry mouth ..  all seems to do with low immunity . i even got that person tested for hiv and she came out negative but she diffinitely looks not well  she has lost healla weight and has a rash on her face. im also tripping out cause i have a ladie that 6 months prego so im worried bout the kid and her . but she says she healthy .

My mouth doesnt always stay dry just on and off, but i do feel like ive had dry eyes once in a while, feels like when i move them there sticking its kinda like a weird pinching feeling but this hasnt happened that much.. has your throat looked infected or different then normal then? it good to hear that at least its not hiv thats taking over your body, and i really dont think thats the cause for me either due to the length of my symptoms so early.. at first i thought i got a yeast infection from her like candida albicans or something but hard to tell if thats the prob cus most docs dont know enough about it and there really isnt alot of tests for it so ive been told. I know how you feel to with your daily routine cus i love to get out on my dirtbike and i motocross race and i just havent been feelin up 2 it.. for me it seems when i eat sugar i get these weird tingling/stabbing (little fast pin like poking feeling, not really painful just bothersome) pains and that mostly happens in my arms and legs, aswell lately in my right arm when i turn it in a certain way feels like my tendon or something is pulling/pinching my skin, it happens when my skin seems to stretch like say if i brace myself with my arm to get up or something, and i get random muscle pains like a squeezing feeling its hard to explain but it mostly happens in my calf's not sure if any of those are same for you but thought id share..

yea havent felt the same since like april  had the encounter back in feb ,  but yea  have had all your symptoms pretty much .  does your mouth stay dry as well ? i saw a specialist a few days back and they said my saliva gland is not producing  saliva thats why my  tongue is white .  but also my eyes are staying dry as well  i saw my optomitrist today and he said all my eye lid ducts were clogged and not producing no tears. it might be sjorgens syndrome but theyre gonna let me know soon an autoimmune disorder which a bacterial infection can cause  but yea  i took a three month and a 6 month  but im still sick all the time  was running 4 miles and benching 400 hundred then one day i felt sick and stayed that way..  i guess only time will tell .   i wish you the best of luck .

Hey sorry i didnt get back sooner on last post and i accidentally posted this again here over the last post i was trying to put this under gastronomy but i cant make it under 2000 characters lol.. I researched MRSA and i dont have any boils or anything of that sort so i dont think thats what it is.. Im only coming up to 3 months here for the Hiv test so gonna do it again at the end of this month.. Im stressed too cus my mouth and squeezing feeling in my stomach bother me lots, and the squeezing feeling i dont really feel when im at work, well sometimes but its mostly when im relaxing and laying down.. My mouth has those little white bumps all over the back and the sides/underneath part of my tongue stings once and a while. My mouth feels really dry sometimes + the back of my throat looks kinda bad 2.. the main color of it is a clearish white/red but theres what i think is abnormal red/purple streaky blotches.. it definitely looks infected to me :(  How long have you been feeling these symptoms for? the whole 6 months? been 3 for me now, and i assume ur hiv test came back negative :) I'm going into a new family doctor that teaches at the university here in a week or so and gonna keep following up with him and see where it goes, its a bad feeling thinking that you wont figure out whats wrong with u for a long time :( hopefully that is not the case. I'll keep you posted aswell

ive been having similiar problems still trying to figure it out i have that gerd feeling too when i lay down  and the  white tongue  went a mouth specialist said my saliva glad isnt producing enough saliva.. still trying to figure it out im baffled like you are and stressed been tested for hiv and everything 6 months post exposure. ill keep you updated .
