weeks after I stopped, I started feel a dull pain in my
suprapubic region and sometimes testis, I have masturbated
for 3 years with no such pain, could this be a problem or my

In reality, you most likely do not have any condition requiring treatment. After a couple of weeks, or longer by now, most guys will have a sensation of fullness or heaviness in this region.  This is due to the buildup of seminal fluid in the respective glands which produce this fluid.  Masturbating will definitely help alleviate this feeling.

Your may have a condition called Orchitis or Epididymitis which is a bacterial infection.

Make an appointment to see your doctor so that he can give you the correct diagnosis and treat you with antibiotics if the doctor feels that this is appropriate.

Whether you masturbate or not will make no difference.  Don't masturbate while you are having the discomfort though as no doubt you will make the pain worse.

Best wishes.
