testicle and scrotom movement

dear doctor

5 days ago i was hit by a family member on my scrotum, who has some mental disorder and got violent early morning.i was sleeping and my room was chilled due to air conditioner.when i heard voices i went to control the situation but in turn i was hit on my scrotum.but the magnitude was so weak that i did not feel it.since it was in verandah it was hot there.
3 days back while bathing i noticed that my right testicle/right part of scrotom is under constant motion.closer look revealed that the motion was just like our chest's movement when we breathe.but there was no pain.my father, also a doctor but lives in another city, ruled out any serious problem and things like torsion and so did the surgeon who i visited the next day.he said it was just due to bruising and psychological affect.
today i felt a weak pain in my left chest which lasted for half an hour.when i gave a closer to to my scortum i saw that my right testicle remains in horizontal position and right(the one in motion) in vertical when in hanging position.and when they are contracted(cold)both are in almost vertical position.

i cannot feel the motion but it is observed only when watched with concentration.
i have hurt my gentiles many times before while playing football but never had such things.and havent played for the past two years.

thanks tuck.got everything checked by three GPs and urologist who suggested to have an ultrasound examintaion which showed everything is normal.they said its okay for scrotum to move like this due to temprature difference between my underwear, body and surrounding's temprature.

thanks for replying.

Sorry there are no doctors on this forum.

I am not sure what could be happening but it should not be ignored. These are new symptoms and may change the diagnosis you received earlier.

I suggest that you see a physician again, preferably a urologist. They seem to be best at diagnosing these issues.

I wish you the best. Our members may have better suggestions for you but I do think you should have another clinical evaluation.

Take Care,
~Tuck
