A couple months ago I started having testicular pain, which become worse after sex. I also have felt some nausea and stomach discomfort. I've haven't seen a doctor yet but plan to next week. What are the most likely causes?

I had testicular pain (especially left side) my whole life, and last year, i saw a urologist - he diagnosed a varicocele, which is a painful, almost numbing varicose vein in your scrotum. I had surgery and have had no pain since.
