tight scrotum

ok, i have read this topic before and posted with no luck of anyone helping...

i have a tight scrotum, its stopping me from doing things like swim and go out in cold weather. i have seen a doctor about it/specialist, he said that they were fine and there is nothing he can do, but its becoming more and more annoying.
the obvious answer is to stay warm but unless i get in a shower there is nothing i can do...and is not easy when you are out and about.

does anyone have advice for me on how to fix it, i know what they problem is and why it occures but is there any way of fixing this......

help would be appreciated

Not sure if anyone is still following this thread or not, but I will still post.
I've had the problem since I was a kid. 1st - it's not uncomfortable in any way.
From a standpoint of sex, it's embarressing. Women want to feel the scrotum and play with the testicles. Also it is very sensual orally. My wife says it's not a big deal, but I know otherwise.
I believe it's a circulation problem. I got free samples of viagra once, and WOW! They were hangn low!
I also was taking a drug called Prazosin. I have bad circulation in my hands, they get red and purple when cold(live in the north). A doctor prescribed the Prazosin and I noticed a change in my scrotum, not as significant as the Viagra, but it was a difference. One drawback is it widens your veins/arteries(IDK) and can give you a headache.
Just like those drugs may help....others such as Adderal or anything that shrinks veins/arteries will tighten the scrotum more.
I hope this helps, but I'm still searching for something better.

I've had this on and off for 20+ years too.  The scrotum is a muscle believe it or not.  The muscel relaxants Flexeril and Norflex work well.

I cannot say for sure, but probably the type of underwear you put on could have an impact. I switched six months ago to boxers exclusively and already my testicles hang lower than ever before. But then I had not the problem you have.

You can nevertheless give it a try. Sometimes the solution is as simple as... gravitational force.

i have also had tight testicles on and off for a while and i have a few theories. 1, it oftens seens to happen when i have burning in my bladder when i need the toilet, that i think comes from a bladder  infection possibly n.s.u i have had a clamidia test and come back negative but drinking lots of cranberry juice helps as this stops bacteria sticking to the bladder wall.
2, i used to drink quite a lot of alcohol and have had over a dozen anlagam fillings over the years and have been experienced lots of mystery symptoms, but i think that this could be affecting my kidneys which are linked to the testicles.Ever been kicked in the testicles the pain is felt in the kidneys!

i have the same exact problem. Im 24 years old and it seems like this came out of nowhere. I've had it for a couple of years now and cant seem to understand why. I never went to see a doctor because i figured it would just go away on its own. Unfortunately it did not and i thought i was the only person out there with this problem. It tightens for no apparent reason. I dont know if it is a temperature problem, or if it is a matter of extra skin. I just hope its not anything internal affecting it. Please let me know if you find anything out.

Dont know how old you are blueeyedboy192002 but I had that problem when I was in my teen years, cant explain how it happened but now they are swinging big time, so long as it does not cause pain I would not worry about it.

You could try wearing extra pairs of jockeys in winter, keep them warm, just wondering if lots of masturbation would help, maybe if they get shaken around a lot it may help the scrotum to stretch, could be how I fixed mine without knowing it?.

to tell u the truth, i've never heard of what ur talking about. sry, lol. but i can both understand your concerns, and reasoning. but there must be a solution, and one less drastic than testicular removal, thats for sure.

totally do not want it removed, but i can't let this take over my life, its seriously stopping me doing things, i miss swimming in the beach, i miss playing out door sports in winter, i miss being able to sometimes walk in winter......

as i have said its not asthetics here is discomfort, and i know loads of guys have this problem but am i the only one with it this bad??????

i will go see someone else, but a specialist at $100 a pop and a referral at $40 is a lot of money for them to say put up with it. thats why i have turned to here i don't want someone to tell me put up with it i want solutions, so was hoping that someone may have had something done or knows what i am going throuhg

"take out one of 'em?" sounds like ur slightly desperate, huh? i wouldn't recommend that, but it does stress how you're feeling. all i feel good saying is that a second opinion, or a visit to another specialist is the best solution. if they say the same thing, i'd look into other solutions, but not as drastic as testicle removal...

it doesn't cuase pain as such but it does feel like my testies are being pushed right up into my tummy, they also then sit at the side of my penis very very compact, and it feels like they will just disappear or get squashed....
as for the heat thing, its really odd when it happens i don't know if its a core temperature thing or a body temp thing or just a temp thing, but it happens at times where its very hard for me to fix...

i may need to get it re evaluated.....i need something done i can't live like this anymore, i would seriously even say take a testy out so there is more room for the other one, thats how annoying this is

when you say "tight" do you mean it causes physical pain/discomfort to your testicles? if so, i'd say thats grounds for a second opinion from one of those specialists. especially when you say it occurs even in hot weather -- that i'm sure is not right.
on the ways of surgical proceedures that can be done to help, i'm pretty sure there aren't many out there who can do what you want. that skin grafting idea posted above sounds kinduv uneasy, but i'm not an expert. other than that, i'm completely at odds with a solution for your problem. sorry.

have you tried something simple like thermal underwear? or what about those thermal patches you put in mits and boots on cold days? Maybe somehow you could fashion one to fit nicely in your briefs.

more scrotal skin would help.you could have a scrotal graft or have a skin expander implanted to grow more scrotal skin.
