treatment/medication ( other than surgery) for bilateral mild varicocele?

I am 33 years old, Male, Unmarried, from Bangladesh. Still virgin (do not have sexual intercourse yet). Recently I have been diagnosed with 'mild bilateral varicocele'. I never knew I had Varicocele, until after regular checkup for lower abdominal pain & discomfort (not that acute) doctor suggested me so and instructed me to see an Urologist. He also said i might need surgery!!  I am literally scared to death knowing about surgery. However lately i am feeling frequent contractions (that is how it feels like probably) on my scrotum. Now my question to the experts here.... 1. Is bilateral mild varicocele curable completely ?? 2. Can medication cure varicocele completely? ( I am reluctant to go for surgery, because i truly am very scared) 3. Does it have any impact on my future conjugal life (I mean sex life of course)? 4. Where should i go for best treatment, ? Chennai (India) or Dhaka (Bangladesh)? (preferably where surgery can be avoided) I ask to all the good souls here with related expertise for suggestions? Sorry for the long post. Please let me know if i need to share anymore info. Regards.
