had this very hard red like a pimple in size and colour bump on the shaft of my penis for 2-3 weeks No pain no itching NO change in 2 weeks yesterday I got fed up and lanced it with a needle nothing inside but blood it bled only a little I have not had unprotected sex with anyone except my wife I have received unprotected oral but was at least 3 months ago I used a magnifying glass to look at it and it looks like a pimple doesn't look like herpes or wart pictures I have seen online its location would be where a condom ends
