warming sensation on lower Rt leg

I posted earlier but didn't leave much info.

FEMALE (do you know how hard it was to find anyone discussing this topic?)
33 yrs old
haven't smoked in 3 years
spinal fusion L5-S1     (2 yrs ago, very successful)
been under stress lately which may explain heart flutters and palpitations
history of anxiety
a tad overweight
take Karate several times a week
Just started taking vitamins but not on regular basis

I get the sensation like warm fluid running down leg, outside right shin area.  Began two weeks ago, only 1-4 times a day at first.  The frequency has increased to 1-2 times an hour, sometimes more, sometimes less.
My motion is fine, it's just a very weird feeling.  I'm just happy to have found many more people who have the same or similar issue.

I had initially posted that I will call the doctor (today) but I can bet he will just say it's nothing to worry about.  I'm still debating on making the call.

The problem is that I am getting such bad anxiety over what could be causing a feeling like warm water or heat being applied to my leg.  Same as most people, I'm worried about MS or blood clot.

Then as I read through the postings and nobody had a firm answer (maybe the Vit B-Complex?) I was jokingly thinking....maybe nobody comes back with an answer because they are sitting there dead from warm water on leg disease.  OK< bad joke.

The only other symptom I can think of is that I have had itching just above my right knee on back side of leg.  I itches it like crazy several times a day but there are no bumps, marks, redness...nothing.

There is my info.

My email is ***@**** if anyone would like to correspond about this.  Otherwise, I will just continue to post my happenings and my diagnosis if I get one:)

Good luck to the rest of you!

Elaine

I am a 22 year old Male... no serious medical history... but I have also been having the warm water feeling on my lower right leg.  For me it happens numerous times per hour all day long.  I've done some researching online and cannot come up with an answer at all... I have decided to call my doctor... as much as I hate the "come back in 2 weeks" answer as well.  If you have any updates I'd be curious to know... Thanks.

Funny you mentioned vitamin B complex. I was taking a few different vitamins and then decided to switch to a multivitamin. The multivitmin has the Bs in it, but I also take my individual B so they don't go to waste. I figured I'd take it until they were gone, and then just take the multivitamin (along with an omega 3 fish oil). Maybe I'll stop taking so much B and see what happens. My experience with doctors is "come back in 2 weeks if it persists". Whatever! I'd rather figure it out on my own than waste visits before they actually do anything like an MRI.
