Here again, same answer as before. The only way you'd have insufficient GABA is if your body can't turn taurine, B6 and Vitamin C into it. Don't know if you can test that, and if you could, again, just a with serotonin, levels vary so you'd have to test a lot for a month to really know. So again, practically speaking, diagnosis and treatment will be trial and error.
