Burning pain over L eye & Ice pick like H A's over R eye

Hello........I need help!! I am a soon to be 44 y/o (next month) female. I have recently been having new types of headaches. I have been having what I call "ice pick" headaches over my right eyebrow. It starts out with a burning sensation that lasts for about 10 seconds then that turns into sharp, piercing, intense, stabbing pains. The pain is HORRENDOUS. I am not 100% sure but I feel around 10-15 piercing stabs. Then the burning sensation returns for about 10 or so more seconds. Then it's as if nothing ever happened!! The whole episode lasts less than a minute. My husband timed my last one and while it felt like an ETERNITY to me......he said it was around  35-45 seconds. These "ice pick" like headaches started about a month ago. My last one was 3/9/18. I have started keeping a log of when they happen to see if there is a pattern. These headaches have only been happening once daily so far.

Earlier this week (3/12-3/16) I started experiencing this burning sensation over my left eyebrow. This is the same feeling of how my "ice pick" like headaches start BUT no pain. It is just this intense burning sensation. It will come and go several times over a 10 or 15 minute period. This can happen several times a day but they don't happen everyday.

I hope this makes sense to someone. I am fairly healthy. I do have Bipolar disorder for which I take Topamax daily (200 mgs total daily) have been on this for 6 years now. I also have an Autoimmune disorder (Sjogren's Syndrome) for which I take Plaquenil daily (400 mgs daily total) I also take Zyrtec, 10 mgs daily & Singulair, 10 mgs daily. Oh and Evoxac 90 mgs total daily (my saliva stimulator)

I have an appt with my Neuro on 4/19/18 and plan to let her know about these recent changes but I don't know if she will address these issues. This coming up appt is my final follow up for a previous problem. And I think she is planning on releasing me from her care.

If ANYONE has ANY idea what might be going on or has ANY ideas.......PLEASE let me know. This is VERY painful & gives me no warning whatsoever. While the attacks don't last very long they are EXCRUCIATING.

Thanks so much in advance!!
Lisa
