Hi,
How are you? There are some researches that show people with low blood sugar or hypoglycemia frequently suffer from migraine headaches. A glucose tolerance test may help with the diagnosis. With a severe drop in the blood sugar level, symptomatic headache or migraine usually is observed.A headache/migraine journal helps with identifying the possible triggers that should be avoided. Take care and best regards.
