Head Heaviness and Dizziness

i get dizziness and head heaviness especiall while putting head down to type or read very bother it so hard to focus on my daily activities.

You can also get your Blood pressure checked to rule out hypertension.

Can be sinusitis too . Antihistamine , decongestants and steam inhalation might help.

hi azky,this could be due to quite number of causes(sinusitis,migraine,raised intracranial pressure to name a few).Try some pain killers along with decongestants and ofcourse steam inhalation, if not relieved,do consult the doctor and get yourself investigated(blood pressure,CT scan etc).Take care!
