hi,
It can be migraine but please consult a neurologist to rule out neuralgias. neuralgias occur as sharp shooting pain which lasts for a few seconds and characteristically recurs.

Hi,
You could be having migraine attacks. What you need to do is try any of the OTC painkillers and see if they help. You could also try taking some antianxiety medication like alprazolam before you go to sleep at night. Try to avoid stress precipitating factors like sunlight/ strong light/ loud music etc. Try to cach adequate sleep and drink plenty of fluids. If the headache persists despite these measures consult a neurologist.
