Headaches

Hi last year my husband started having headaches that are quite painful. We have tried almost all kind of medication. He had an MRI done on his neck.
He was diagnosed with desiccation of all the cervical intervertebral discs, bulging discs on C3/4/5/6/7. Also as an incidental they found a small mucuous retention cyst or polyp within the inferior aspect of the right maxillary sinus.
He went to his chiropractor that ordered him a neck pump in order to restore the cervicals of his neck and to wear a brace due to a straightening of the cervical spine. Also he stopped drinking coffee, started to drink a lot of water. He also went to see a specialist for his nose who diagnosed a deviated septum. One doctor says that the deviated septum is the cause for his headaches and that he needs surgery while another doctor disagreed and says that a nasal spray is sufficient. Unfortunately he tried all kind of sprays but it did not do anything for him.
I am really worried that something worse is lurking around. If you could please give us an advice on what to do next.
Thank you.

I have suffered since childhood from headaches. I use to live on edcedrin or aspirin tylenol and ibuprofen. I even went to imitrex till I got seritonin sydrome from antdepressant and imitrex. I have suffered for a year now with bad anxiety. My headaches have gotten better, way better. I think it's the xanax for anxiety and or the toprol for blood pressure. I never ever took blood pressure medicine till a year ago. I always had good bp. How is your husbands blood pressure? Just having headaches all your life will stress a person out. I sincerely sympathize with your husband.  That's really compassionate of you to care enough about your husband to search online for him.
