Ice pick headache

Good day and migraine free one to all!! I hope noone is offended by my post (tmi post). On 2 occassions I was out visiting the bathrooom and because I am microphobe I stood up to do a number 2 . I strained (not much)and bended over a bit and had an immediate head pain on my forehead. I do have occasional cervical-neck pain and occasional vertigo with nausea and wonder if thats the cause or a migraine? I seem to remember this kind of pain sometime happened last year in my exercise class

P.S my migraines all less frequent

Any thoughts?
