Is this a migrane and are both episodes related to eachother?

The night before last I woke at 4am to feed my son and as I was rocking in the chair when I would tilt my head right it felt like fluid was pooling in the top of my head above my right ear.  It was a tingling, swelling, heavy, sensation.  When I would bring my head back up I was VERY dizzy, had very blurred vision, and was disoriented.  If I was standing I would have fallen.  When I tilted my head left none of this happened.
Throughout the day I could still feel the swelling sensation and can still feel it now (2 days later) though it does not make me dizzy.  It feels like "pins and needles" and only slight swelling now.
Last night I laid awake all night because my heart was racing.  I was tired but felt like running for miles.  This lasted all night through the morning.  I tried stretching, relaxation techniques, etc but I did not sleep at all.  My heart was racing and my circulation was really bad to a painful effect all over my body.
I am a 30 yr old female with a history of slightly low blood pressure and slight nerve damage in my toes.  My circulation has always been an issue for me but is not that serious.  I consume VERY LITTLE if any caffine and drink no coffee or soft drinks.  My last meal before both episodes was around 7pm for both nights.  Also, I am 50lbs over weight from having 2 children in the last 3 years, just incase you need to know that.

Hi,
How are you? Dizziness occurs when there is not enough blood getting to the brain such as when there is a sudden drop in the blood pressure, dehydration, hypoglycemia, allergies, vertigo, ear or eye problems. If this persists, have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Diagnostic tests such as blood pressure measurements and tests, ECG, Hearing tests,  Neurological tests, balance testing and even  MRI may be done. Take care and do keep us posted.

No, not migrains. I have them, and there is no feeling of fluids.Migrains are severe headaches, often with an 'aura" before them.

This COULD be an inner ar problem (I have that, too)

GET A COMPLETE PHYSICAL IMMEDIATELY IF YOUR HEART IS RACING.
