MRI vs. CTA Scan of brain

Hello. How likely is it if my MRI came back normal that something will be found in a CTA scan of my brain?

It's been about 4 weeks of dealing with a  headache that just won't go away fully. My primary care physician wasn't very helpful and just dismissed it, saying it was just my anxiety acting up. She finally referred me to a neurologist, but I couldn't get an appointment for another month and a half. I was going to go crazy if I had to wait that long. So I decided to go to another hospital. The neurologist ordered a copy of my MRI and ran a few tests on me. Said everything looked ok and said it was migraine associated veritogo (MAV). Because I do have vertigo and many of my symptoms felt like vertigo episodes, along with a headache. Put me on a medication to treat migraines. It helped a lot, but still didn't knock it out completely. The vertigo feelings and headaches would come back here and there. I started going back to the gym, after taking a two week break and after I workout, I feel so nauseous and dizzy. It passes after about 20 minutes, then I'm ok again. It's extremely frustrating because I just want to know what's wrong with me and how I can make this go away.

My neurologist has ordered a CTA scan of my brain today, because he wanted to see my blood vessels. Now my anxiety is kicking in and I'm worried that something is really wrong. Is it likely that something major will come up in the CTA that didn't come up in the MRI?
