Hi,
How are you? I hope you are feeling better. Were you able to have your consultation done? Imaging modalities such as CT scan may be indicated to rule out any anatomical conditions. Take care and hope to hear from you soon.
Thanks for your reply Rowena.Ok, I need to see a neurologist then?Wanted to avoid that really but I guess I'll do it now.About the pains, no my head doesn't hurt, it just feels heavy and numb.Once again, thanks for your reply .
Hi,
How are you? Are there other symptoms present? Stress can indeed be contributory, however, you may benefit from further evaluation done by your neurologist. Another differential is tension headache which is associated with stress. There is usually a dull pain present with the degree of severity remains constant. With tumors, pain progressively worsens and there is associated projectile vomiting, visual disturbances speech or personality changes, and problems with equilibrium or coordination. Check with your doctor or have a referral to a neurologist for proper evaluation. Take care and do keep us posted.
