My head feels heavy and numb

I've had this weird heavy and numb sensation in the back of my head for the past nearly 1 month. When I bend, blood seems to rush into my head and it feels number. I DONT feel dizzy though.
I have been really stressed out for almost the same duration so could that be the reason?
Been reading up on symptoms of a tumor and its freaking me out.
I don't have any medical history of any major ailments and am quite fit otherwise.
Please reply.

Hi,
How are you? I hope you are feeling better. Were you able to have your consultation done? Imaging modalities such as CT scan may be indicated to rule out any anatomical conditions. Take care and hope to hear from you soon.

Hi,
How are you? Are there other symptoms present? Stress can indeed be contributory, however, you may benefit from further evaluation done by your neurologist. Another differential is tension headache which is associated with stress. There is usually a dull pain present with the degree of severity remains constant. With tumors, pain progressively worsens and there is associated projectile vomiting, visual disturbances speech or personality changes, and  problems with equilibrium or coordination. Check with your doctor or have a referral to a neurologist for proper evaluation. Take care and do keep us posted.
