I was recently diagnosed with Peyronie's. My penis used to be perfectly straight. Over the last year and a half or so I noticed a slight curve to the left that gradually worsened, bit not to the point that'd cause concern. Hadn't felt any pain or discomfort. I thought everything was normal. I did notice a soft lump just below the glans that I thought was normal. It had formed with time so I didn't think twice about it. April 4th 2018 I was woken up with an erection that was curved straight up at me when I looked down. This curve literally forward while I was sleeping and I could not straighten it out. The soft lump below my glans joined to another nodule just below half way up the shaft of my penis, they hardened and calcified overnight causing a severe upward bend in my penis. About a week later I noticed a nodule forming near the pelvic floor or the base. I went to a urologist who diagnosed me with Peyronie's. Since then the plaque at the base has worsened bit not completely calcified. I have an upward curve of about 70-80 degree upward and about 30 degrees to the left. At this point I'm still in the early stages and not much can be done.
Hi,
How are you? Peyronie's disease or penile curvature is an abnormal bend in the penis that occurs during erection. To hear more from other patients with the same issue, you may also post in other Medhelp's forums namely: Men's Health or Urology. Hope this helps. Take care and regards.
