Sharp pain in top of head after stretching

Hello.  I get a sharp intense pain in my head after I stretch.  I'm sitting at my desk and stretching my arms back.  It stretches my back/upper torso and arms, but when I do it I seem to hold my breathe a bit and it causes a very intense pain on the very top of my head.  The intensity goes down after a few moments and then a small headache lingers from a few minutes to a few hours.  I don't try to hold my breathe though and I don't hold the stretch for more than a few seconds.

I also get this. I have had extensive back surgery and it seems this might be related to the spinal cord during stretching. When in recovery from a spinal fusion the chiropractor called it flexing the spinal cord. After continuing (not reaching the threshold which caused headaches) I eventually felt much better. I'm not a doctor but if you are tense this might be a cause. It has recently come back (2 years after surgery) which I am trying to build that flexibility back. Would love to know your thoughts...
