Hi,

There are other possibilities also like a TIA or a nerve compression or it could be complex migraine.
I would suggest you to get in touch with a neurologist as soon as you can and undergo some investigations like CT scan or MRI. Result of the tests and neurological exam will give the right diganosis. Meanwhile i would suggest you to avoid driving and operating hazardous machinery. Take care!

I'm not a doctor but go at least to the urgent care center or ER as soon as possible.  You may have had a seizure.  The complicated migraine diagnosis is probably because they ran initial tests that came back negative but ER docs do not specialize in neurology.

Passiing out, calapsing, and shaking all over could happen while YOU ARE DRIVING.  Don't risk it - and make that appt with the neuro ASAP - mention that episode, you'll probably get in faster.

This is very important - Take Care.
