dizziness with headaches and neck pain

I am 31 years old and i had my  2nd son a year ago. when he was about 2 months old i started having dizziness and numbness in my face.  i had a mri done and it came back normal.  the numbness seemed to ease up over time but now im getting headaches, neck and shoulder pain, when i lay down at night i feel tightness in my chest and can feel my heart beating really fast. i get light headed all the time and can't seem to focus my eyes. i have had my eyes checked and they were fine but just some mild stigmitism.

How are you? It is good that both the MRI and eye check-up were fine. Can you elaborate on the character of your headaches? Primary headaches such as migraine and tension headaches may present with normal diagnostic tests. One-sided throbbing headaches are associated with migraines while dull, pressure type headaches are linked to tension headaches. If your symptoms persists, check with a neurologist to rule out the differentials mentioned above. Try also to determine possible triggers and avoid them to prevent attacks. Rest, ice pack and both preventive and abortive medicines may help provide relief. Take care and do keep us posted.

Also...I get to feeling so bad I get mild anxiety...that sounds like what u have when u laydown and feel that feeling in ur chest and have a racing heart beat...deep breaths and ice on the back of my head makes this better!
