for the last 3 days i am getting fuzzy feeling in my head and feel abit weak after it goes, they come and go all day.any anwsers to what it might be

How are you? Aside from the fuzzy feeling, are there other symptoms present? Is there associated pain, eye symptoms, sensitivity to light or sound?  If there is no history of trauma to the head or neck, this could be due to primary headaches. But if it persists or recurs, it is best that you have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Complete neurological examination and imaging studies may help with the diagnosis.  Take care and do keep us posted.
