headache right side top of head

I woke with a headache on the right side top on my head. The headache was very severe but it only lasted one hour.
I was extremely dizzy, my eyes seams like they were rolling around in my head.  After walking around for a while the head seam to disapear on its on. I went to a Doctor and he check my blood pressure and for stroke both was alright. I was at the doctors office within two hours after waking up. At this point the Doctor recommended a series of test if the headache returned at this point they have not .This happened 60 days prior.

This has happen three times in the last ten years, each time the pain has the same intensity

Hi,
How are you? Are there other symptoms present? There are many possible cause for headaches. And to identify the underlying cause, diagnostic tests, more importantly, imaging studies as mentioned above can help rule out any anatomical issues. A headache journal may also help identify triggers of the headache even if your headache often wakes you up. Take care and do keep us posted.

you should have an MRI or ct scan done to determine
if there is nothing alarming going on in the brain whether the HA returns or not
just to be sure.

Migraines can vary immensely from person to person.
some people have them everyday, some have them once or twice a year.

but to be sure if you have "just migraine" or other type or "just headache",
you need to exclude other possibilities by doing these tests.
