help

i am 21 years old and for the past two weeks i have been having severe headaches. the pain is at my left temple and goes to the left side of my head, i have been on advil and tylenol for the past two weeks and it hasnt helped. with this headache i occasionally get tingling in my fingers on my left hand and my left arm feels like i pulled  a muscle but i know that i didnt. what do u think can be causing theses headaches

The tingling and the head ache being on one side kind of sounds like a migraine. The one sidedness also sounds like a tension head ache along with the muscle pull feeling. I experience both tension head aches and migraines, heck I guess you could be getting both at once.

Hi, you could be probably having migraine or tension headache, is there any associated symptoms. Are you under any stress, check your blood pressure and consult your physician as there may be neuritis aslo. Take restyl tab with OTC pain killers and have hot bath before going to sleep.

Hi,
You should try to do some neck stretch exercises and some physiotherapy. Consult your physician before you begin with them. Apply local diclofenac gel and hot fomentation to your neck and arm area. Adequate sleep and hydration are important. Try some antianxiety medication like alprazolam. If the headaches still persist consult your physician at the earliest.
