Hi,
How is your boyfriend? Was he able to see his attending physician? Migraine headaches are usually  associated with nausea, vomiting and sensitivity to light and sound. Rest, ice pack, avoidance of triggers and both preventive and abortive prescription medications from a doctor will help provide relief. There is headache tracker here in the forum that may also help. Take care and do keep us posted.

Hi There, Please convince your boyfriend to talk to a doctor. Head issues, particularley extended ones can be very serious issues. I have suffered from migraines for quite some time, there are meds for them that help expedentially. Vommiting during my migraines is fairly common, but nose bleeds are no good at all. The only time I have had nose bleeding along with vommiting and extended migraines was during an anurism. Which almost killed me. Anyway, the best advise I can give for these long lasting head pains is have it looked at by professionals as it could be very serious.
