i have migraine sice i was 10 years... i vomit and lots of spots come to my visual at tht time,, i want get releif from this.. my eye spects number also very high.. how can i get rid from ths migarine?

As far as migraine is concerned the best treatment is identification and avoidance of trigger. Triggers can be caffeine, red wine, aged cheese, processed meats and chocolates. I would suggest you to maintain a headache diary as this will help you in identifying the trigger in your case. NSAIDS, Triptans are very effective medications to abort an acute attack of migraine. Please discuss these options with your doctor.
