My husband went through something similar....he head a headache for 9 months straight. He had a CAT scan, MRI, went to see a neurologist, had prescription migraine pills, saw an acupuncturist but nothing nothing helped. I know this is going to sound crazy, but try going to a chiropractor. Within 3 sessions he could already feel a huge difference. For 9 months he had this and for 9 months we could not to a single thing to make it go away....within a few sessions with the chiropractor, his headaches were gone.
Hi,
You also seemed to be stressed , so relax bit as most of headaches goes off with time. yu can also take anxiolytics like Alprozolam before going to sleep and give very gentle massage to head or have hot water bath before going to bed, hearing soft music at bed time may be soothing.
hi,
please get your blood pressure checked. Also i hope you eat your meals on time aas hypoglycemia can also cause headache.
Hi,
You should consult with a neurologist immeditely. What you have is most probably migraine but other causes causing these symptoms need to be ruled out. You should discuss with your neurologist whether low dose antidepressants or short course of steroids would help in your case. Try tea or coffee at the time of the attack, drink plenty of liquids and avoind stress precipitating factors including strong light/ loud noise. Consult your physician whether yoga and breathing exercises would help. try to abstain from alcohol if you drinking.
