pain

I have about a quarter size spot on the back of my head on the right side.  It is sensitive to the touch, no discolorization, or swelling.  Also has a consistant ache for about the past couple of days with no relief from asprin, or tylenol, or anti-inflamitories.  It feels like I have been hit in the back of head, but I haven't.  Should I be concerned?  Any Ideas?  Much appreciated!

It could be a hematoma or infection of the hair follicle.

you can try diclofenac and serratiopeptidase combination .

But if persists please consult a general physician.

hi sara, please see dermatologist, as it seems you are having fungal or some other infection on the scalp for which topical antifungals along with antibiotics are usually prescribed.
