Any help would be great.. Headaches and other symptoms

Ok, so five days ago, I had a severe headache that was paralyzing.  The following day, it turned into a dull pain that has not gone away.  The day folling the sever headache, the left side of my face went numb and tingly and felt droopy.  Then about an hr after that started I started to experience shoulder and chest pains in my left side.  Since then still the headache and shoulder and chest pressure a few times a day.  Yesterday my entire left arm and hand went numb with shoulder pressure, and a small amount of pain.  Any ideas or comments on what could be going on???

Hi,
How are you? Can you elaborate on the chest pain? Aside from neurological issues like transient ischemic attack (TIA) mentioned above,  another differential that presents with stroke-like symptoms would be hemiplegic migraine which usually comes with   numbness on one side of the body, weakness or paralysis on one side of the body, loss of balance and coordination, dizziness or vertigo, and even confusion. However, with the presence of chest pains, cardiac issues should be ruled out. Have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Direct clinical examination is important. Take care and regards.

Maybe a TIA?  Maybe Bell's palsy?  That's usually temporary, but a doctor can help you.  Go see one.
