Anyone suffer from chronic migraines and have brain lesions?

Since July 2017, I’ve had burning sensation in back of my head(lower left mostly), dizziness, brain fog and more migraines. Chronic migraine since 2011. Was told possible occipital neurolgia or MS. Brain MRI showed lesions, thoracic and spine MRI normal. Lumbar puncture test, normal. Diagnosed with worsening of chronic migraines but dr not sure why burning in my head. No explanation on cause of lesions.  The burning sensation is constant. Nothing makes it worse or better. Getting second opinion.

I have this Chellelei.  Neurologist said likelihood of MS low, because I have so many other malfunctions they won't do a spinal tap. I do have lesions that they have put down to my chronic migraines. He couldn't figure out any other reason.

I did have a severe herniated/prolapsed disc in my neck and have had surgery for it. I now have new issues.
My migraines have lessened a lot since fixing my neck but I still have the dizziness, brain fog, imbalance disorder, etc.

I get the burning, also on my lower left and into my ear, it feels like you've poured hot wax into my ear canal and it's running towards neck/base of skull.

Have you tried to research myofascial pain? Or does massaging the base of the skull do anything for the burning? Sometimes I get relief by massaging that area. I bought a massage ball at Walmart for that purpose.

Have you researched leaky guy/food intolerance/gluten issues? Oddly, that is where I am at now and it is helping(cutting the gluten/dairy/soy)

Has your doctor(s) looked into Chiari?   That is the current thing being discussed but I won't go to Mayo due to insurance.

CinLou24, Yesterday I received a definite diagnosis, already a chronic migraine sufferer now I can add on vestibular migraines and allodynia. I exhausted all pill form meds so now I will be trying Botox treatment for next three months. My symptoms make sense now! If you can please get a second opinion as I did and don’t give up! You’re in my prayers! Take care!
