Consistent Headaches and Pregnant

Hi Everyone,
I am new here and want to start off by saying how much I have learned by reading your stories, it is amazing.  Here is my story.

I am 18 weeks pregnant and suffer from Anxiety and Panic attacks. I have had consistent headaches since January 24.  They have been on and off but happen every day.  I take a minimum of 1 Extra Strength Tylenol practically everyday.  The first time I had a long-lasting headache was when I was 10 weeks pregnant and it lasted about 6 days.  My sleeping patterns are not very good, if I get 5 hours of sleep a night I am lucky.  I work and spend most of the day infront of a computer.  Here are a few of the symptoms I am experiencing:

Pain in back of the head
Occasionally a burning sensation in the back.
Usually on the right side
Neck and Shoulder aches
Heavy eyes
Pain in the forehead, eyes
Today I felt a ringing in the ear which lasted about 1 to 2 hours
Head Pressure

I am seeing a Psychotherapist for my anxiety.  Also, sometimes when I apply pressure on the back of my neck it eases the pain on my head.

Just wondering if anybody can help me in trying to figure this out.  It would be grealty appreciated!!!

Thankyou for your prompt response Dr. Santos.

I am infact going to see an ophtomologist in April and I will be seeing a neurologist in March.  I will definitely try the blinking and changing positions.  I will keep you posted.

Hi,
How are you? There are studies that show relationship of migraines and hormonal change. Your symptoms can be caused by musculoskeletal issues and eye  problems related to your working in the computer for so long. Try to blink frequently and change positions. Try also to avoid taking any medication since not all are safe during pregnancy.  I recommend that you have this evaluated further for proper management. Take care and do keep us posted. T
