Constant head aches, nose?

There’s so much with my body that isn’t 100% but what affects me the most are my constant head aches. I get them several times a week but rarely when I don’t work. Once I get a head ache it’ll last for 3 days and medicine doesn’t help much. I’ve found one that seems to be able to get rid of an active head ache but usually they stop working fairly quickly.

The pain isn’t too bad, it’s mild to moderate in my right temple lobe. It comes at about 3 pm like clock work. I end up vomiting if I don’t manage to drug or fall asleep before I enter “vomit zone”. Don’t think it’s migrianes.

The only thing I can think of is that the earliest signs I get of the head ache coming is my nose. Far up in my nose breathing gets a bit uncomfortable and when I breathe in it feels like it gets worse for a bit. Until the head ache is full on.

I breathe more through my nose at work because of bad breath complex so I’m starting to think of that could be it.. I rarely breathe through my nose otherwise, I’m more of a mouth breather because I rarely get enough oxygen just breathing through my nose. I often only have one fully open nostril but I’m never congested in a cold way, I barely even get colds. Like once a year and they don’t affect me much. I also never use nasal spray since it doesn’t bother me, I’m used to not using my nose to breathe.

Could there be a connection? Does anyone have any experience? Could it be that “simple”? And I wouldn’t have to have head aches several times a week?
