I have had a "migraine" for over a year now and nothing has helped. I have been on migraine preventatives, gabapentin, morphine, blood pressure meds, anti-anxiety medication, amitryptiline, Thorazine, steroids, you name it I have taken it. I have also had MRI's, CT scans, sinus surgery, lumbar punctures (5) and blood work multiple times. I have seen 3 neurologists, a headache specialist, acupuncture, massage therapy, chiropractic.... EVERYTHING! The only thing anyone can tell me is I have Chronic Migraines. However my symptoms don't "match" a migraine. I have constant throbbing in the center of my brain that is very sensitive to movement. I bend over it pounds worse, I exert myself it's worse, I go around a corner or up a hill in a car it is worse. No light sensitivity and no sound sensitivity. Can anyone help me find an answer to what I really have? I never suffered from anything like this before last year and I want my active life back. My pain ranges between a 7-9 everyday. Most days are a 9.
Any feedback or idea is appreciated! I am at my wits end.
