I also have daily headaches and almost daily migraines. I've had migraines since I was 9 though they weren't daily until about 3 years ago. Handling it is hard. I don't work and I have found it hard to do anything around the house. On days that I have a migraine, I tend to do as little as possible. It's not easy, but there isn't much else I have found, so far, that works.
Hi and welcome to the Migraines & Headaches Community.
It is rare for me to go a day without a migraine and lots of times I have more than on migraine in a day. It's called Cluster Migraines. They are migraines but, not as severe and more frequently than a full blown migraine.
Excedrin works wonderful for me. It is a combo of Tylenol, Aspirin and Caffeine which is a great combo for migraines. You can also wrap something around your head...like a bandanna. What I use is those cloth headbands, they work great. A bit tight at first but they loosen up as you wear them. What causes migraines is the blood vessels in your brain get dilated so, putting light pressure on them helps relieve the pain.
