For a few days....

For a few days I've been feeling so sick.  I've had a headache, nausea, dizzyness, and lately all I've wanted to do was sleep.  Like in class all I want to do is pass out.  I can't eat without wanting to throw it up.  I was wondering if that sounded like anything.  Thanks!

Hi,

Thanks for your response.

Your symptoms are very nonspecific.Aside from the headaches and dizziness ,are there any other associated symptoms?

How would your describe your headaches?

I suggest you have your thyroid hormones assessed.Hypothyroidism may lead to weakness, sleepiness and sometimes decrease in appetite. A complete blood count may also be necessary to exclude anemia. Get adequate amount of sleep everyday and keep a regular time for sleeping each day. This will allow your body to cope and adjust.Regular daily exercises will be able beneficial. Maintain a healthy and balanced
diet.

Do keep us posted for anything.
