Headache - MRI scan question

What are "non-specific" black spots on brain from a MRI scan mean? I do have my MRI disc but unsure how to post it here if that wld help.

I finally got diagnosed with migraines with aura last year after a MRI scan without contrast. The neurologist spent a few mins lookin at them before my visit and that's what he told me. He wasn't very communicative nor helpful. He did want to do more tests but I moved back home to Texas.

At the time I lived way out in the country in TN and most doctors there were horrible. Took 3 ER visits just to find an Umbilical hernia.

Anyways I now have better insurance and access to more doctor options. My new family doctor is referring me to a neuologist for another MRI and I want to be better prepared with questions and etc.

Reason is my headaches have gotten worse  and so have my vision problems. I even wake from severe headaches now.

Another new thingy is this strange spider crawling sensation over my scalp, it tingles oddly and its on only the right side of my scalp. Same strange tingling happens in my right arm/leg. I even wake because of it. Limbs wld feel cold and kinda rubber band tightness above the tingling.

Any info especially on how to communicate with a neurologist wld be helpful.  I get nervous and shy around doctors.

Oh, my current medications - Propranolol 20 mg 2x daily,
Butalbital/APAP/Caffine-Plus 2x daily, Maxalt-Mlt 10 mg as needed

Thought I was getting another MRI but got axial ct scan w/o contrast,.
Haven't gotten the results yet.
Dunno how to read it but seems normal to me.
If anyone knows how to read it or make sense of it, please let me know.

Thanks
