Headache that

for the past  3 weeks i have had a migraine headache along with nausea, light-headed- and my inner ear itching causing me to sneeze like crazy. i thought okay maybe i was preganant because i had been throwing up so i went to go take the a at home test and a blood test and they were both negative then i thought it was my allergies but my forehead doesnt hurt when i have headaches. the pain is from my temples on both sides to the back of my head. I am 19 and i know my dad has been diagnosed with vertigo and lymphoma. i am very active and actually play softball at TAMUCC here in corpus christi texas.i had to miss practice for the last five days but i havent have any major blows to my head just a few hits on the head from swinging with my bat when i didnt have my helmet on but it wasnt something that was hard.I dont know if the vertigo is something that i am experience but i want to know if maybe it something that is wrong inside of my head or its just a really bad migraine or i should go to the neurologist to get tested? But the only thing about going to the doctor is my financial state. Can someone help?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? Chronic or prolonged migraine headache may be due to status migraine, which occurs for more than seventy-two hours.Vomiting, dizziness and visual problems may be present. Rest, anti-inflammatory medications and avoidance of triggers may help provide relief.  You may need to have your ears checked to rule out fungal infection which may present with itchy ears. If you have allergies, it is also important that you avoid the allergen responsible for the attacks. Anti-histamine medications may help with your allergic reactions. Take care and do keep us posted.
