Headaches and Skull Shape

Hello~
I have been seeing a chiro. for a little over a year for joint problems, especially my back and neck (which have been causing headaches).
My question is concerning my head. Recently I have been noticing that the *shape* of my head has changed. I feel that the outside of my head is hard (normal) and the middle (top and upper back) is softer but with random hard bumps; though not as hard as the outer parts near my forehead and back of head. I also feel pressure and that the area about where a headband would be is depressed and then the afore mentioned "softer" part is raised. I know this sounds crazy, but could my skull be getting holes in it and the "softer" parts are actually me feeling my brain because there is no skull there? I feel crazy asking my doctor about this, and I have no clue where this topic would be posted.

Hi,
Did you suffer from any head injury recently?
This could also be a dermatological problem. Please consult your physician as you need to undergo complete physical examination.

I am not a doctor.  But, have they x-rayed or scanned your head or skull?  There are actually diseases and/or infections which change the shape of your skull, your head and/or or the pressure inside your head.  Are you having swelling in your body?  Are you running a temperature?  What are your other symptoms?I would definitely see a physician concerning this.  You could try calling your primary care doctor and see what he or she thinks.  Take care of yourself and let us know what you find out!
