I'm wonder how to get rid of my headache?

I've had a headache for 3 years. I'm wondering  if there is anyone that can help me. I have tried every medicine and gone to the doctors and nothing has helped. They do nothing and they say there is nothing wrong with me. I've done an MRI and doctors say it's nothing. I've wasted so much many on medicine and nothing has helped me. I'm wondering if there is anyone else who is dealing with the same pain. My pain is usually 8-10. My pain calms down sometimes but the pain is still there. I don't know what to do now and I don't know what to take. I just started i treatment and I hope if it could help. If there is anyone that can help please tell me.

I'm really sorry that you're going through this, especially because I went through something similar for 6 months, although you've been suffering a lot longer. Mine stopped a couple months ago after I started going to acupuncture...it sounds crazy, I know. I felt like I'd done everything...pediatricians, neurologists, medicine, eye doctor, MRI, and it was affecting my daily life. I finally decided to go to the acupuncturist and after 4 sessions, once a week, my headaches were 95% better. You have to do your research and make sure you go to the right person, but my acupuncturist says she can't remember how many years it's been since she couldn't cure a headache, or at least make it better. Please consider giving it a shot because I know how it feels lose all hope because of your headaches. Best of luck!

Hello Isabel_lisa. I'm so sorry you have been suffering for so long. As a massage therapist I can tell you that it is well possible that your headaches are caused be the overly tight muscles in your neck and shoulders, and that getting a "Therapeutic" massage can relieve that. A typical relaxation massage, as yo might get on a cruise, will not help. The muscles in your neck and shoulders need to be released from their tightness and only therapeutic massage can do that. Try to find a highly recommended therapeutic massage person. I treat people like you every day who find relief. In addition, I suggest that you consider using essential oils for your headaches and general health. Thieves essential oil (from Young Living) is effective for many. I am not a doctor, and don't prescribe. I can only tell you that  placing one drop of Thieves on your thumb, pressing your thumb into the roof of your mouth, may help tremendously. It is that simple. Thousands of others have solved their problem with Thieves. If you are interested please let me know. Be well.
