Long term headache

Hello my name is cristal and i am a 19 year old female and i have had repetative headaches all my life now as I have gotten older they have gotten worse. Now the headaches last for days and are throbbing headaches. Also when I have a bad headache I get heart burn dizziness and nausua. I have not had a MRI or a CT scan. I have had  5 head injuries and 2 of them were major. All the medicine I take doesn't help them at all..please help

Hi Cristal,
How are you? With your history of head injuries, it is best that you have this checked by your doctor or be referred to a neurologist for proper evaluation. Stronger prescription medications may help provide relief. Imaging studies are also important to rule out any organic issues. Take care and do keep us posted.

  Cristal...go to ur Dr and have a cervical spine and brain MRI...u could have some trauma induced issues that were not addressed with the injuries since u did not have MRI's...which may I ask y not? especially if 2 were major injuries?
